Busy Busy Busy!!

I have been very busy, so therefore I have not blogged in quite a while. I fulfilled the requirement to get an "A" in my Business Communications class, so I just haven't been compelled to blog. Besides working full time, I have a packed non-work/nighttime schedule:

Monday-Wisconsin Waterfowl Banquet Planning
Tuesday-Homework or Model Building for Model RR
Wednesday-School
Thursday-Bible Study
Sunday-Church

So as you can see, I only have Friday, Saturday and maybe 1/2 day Sunday to do other things. After the Banquet in April, and I graduate from college in May, I'll have a little more free time.

Anyhow, I'm sort of in a slump in my Christian walk. I go through these high and low points, and lately I've been in a low point. When I read my Bible, go to Bible Study and Church, and basically surround myself with other Christians I feel pretty good and tend to have a close walk with the Lord. Other times, like now, I get almost "burnt out", I neglect my Bible, praying and Church, and then I feel like crap and slip into apathy. I did go to Bible study tonight, and I talked with my cousin (a brother in Christ) for quite a while, so I am starting to feel better. We're going to a rally at the Waukesha Expo Center to see Dr. James Scudder, from the TV show Victory in Grace out of Quentin Road Baptist Church in Lake Zurich, IL, on Saturday.

I saw him Memorial Day weekend last year when spoke on Hebrews 6:4~6, the passage that some claim says one can lose his or her salvation. (No, a truly saved person cannot lose their salvation)
This time he's talking about the viewpoints of Pre-, Mid- and Post-Tribulation Rapture, and why Pre-Trib is what can be concluded from what the Bible has to say on the subject. I'm sure this rally and the accompanying fellowship will be a blessing, and I'm sure it will help me in how I have been feeling lately.
